Home Health United (HHU) offers an integrated and comprehensive variety of home health services. We are dedicated to helping people remain as safe, healthy and independent as possible in their own homes.
We provide services in 25 counties in southern Wisconsin. Home Health United is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization and United Way agency. We are Medicare/Medicaid certified and accept a wide variety of health plans.

Our team of professionals offers a wide range of services to meet almost any home health care need from pediatrics to geriatrics. Our more than 400 employees have been carefully screened and trained so patients and their families will feel comfortable, safe and secure as they provide care in the home.

The HomeCare Elite is the definitive compilation of the most successful Medicare-certified
home health care providers in the U.S. Home Health United (HHU) improved from
the top 25 percent of home care agencies in the U.S. to the top 500 (roughly
6 %) according to OCS, Inc., the leading provider of healthcare informatics
and DecisionHealth, publisher of Home Health Line.

CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program) has accredited our Home Medical
Equipment division as we continue to strive for improvement throughout the
agency.

Home Health Compare provides information on how well the home health agencies
in your area care for their patients. It includes agency information and rankings
on 12 quality measures for Medicare-certified agencies throughout the US.
You can use this to locate agencies in your area and determine how they measure
up to others.

In addition, Home Health United is a partner agency with the United Way and
United Fund in several of the communities we serve.

Home Health United is a sponsor of 27 New's "Someone You Should Know". If you know someone in the community who you
