We are a 3 company Non-Profit organization comprised of Home Health United, Home Care United and Xtra Care Inc. dedicated to providing quality home health and home medical equipment services.

Our Services and Service Area

We serve 25 counties in south central/western Wisconsin and offer skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, medical social services, home medical equipment, companion caregivers, immunization and wellness services, Meals on Wheels, and other services.
