Public invited to tour St. Clare Hospice House
When it comes to end-of-life care, most people prefer to remain at home. If this isn't possible, St. Clare Hospice House, Baraboo, is the next best thing. Operated and staffed by Home Health United, it is a peaceful home-like setting where residents and their families receive hospice care with the personal, emotional and spiritual support needed during their final days.
The house has four spacious, private resident/family rooms with bathroom and kitchenette. Common areas include a full kitchen, dining and activities room, a meditation room, lounge, and patio. Personal care, meals, laundry, and housekeeping are included in the room and board daily rate and financial assistance is available to those who qualify.
Home Health United - Hospice provides nurses, social workers, spiritual counselors, certified medication aides, physicians and volunteers to meet the needs of residents and families.
