You can obtain security and peace of mind with the Home Health United Personal Emergency Response System (PERS). When help is needed, push the button on the pendant and our operator will assist you. PERS is ideal for anyone looking to maintain their independence.
Immunizations, including influenza (flu shots), are provided by nurses at work sites for employers’ convenience and employee safety. Clinics are also held at public sites, including senior centers, libraries, and churches, as well as community-based residential facilities (CBRF) and assisted living facilities.
Regular foot care clinics are provided by trained staff, and specialty foot care clinics for diabetics are provided by a Registered Nurse.
Daily, nutritious, noon-time meals delivered to those in need living in Madison, Middleton, Monona and Sun Prairie.
A program to support seniors in decreasing falls and adverse drug events in the home. SAFE at Home is available to residents of Dane County aged 65 and older.
Our Infusion Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy that provides intravenous (IV) medications, nutritional support, infusion pumps, supplies and comprehensive infusion therapy management to patients in their own homes. All of our patients are served by our state-of-the-art sterile compounding pharmacy. Therapies commonly provided include antibiotics, immune globulin, pain management, and enteral and parenteral nutrition.
