Whether it is the loss of a friend, parent, grandparent, sibling or other loved one, kids and teens often experience and express grief differently than adults. Camp GLOW is a grief support day camp designed to give children a safe place to share their feelings and concerns through a range of activities focused on helping them deal with their grief.

Camp GLOW message bears.Activities include:

  • Scrapbooking
  • Writing
  • Creating memory boxes
  • Counselors will also be available onsite to give attendees individual attention if needed

The camp is offered at no cost to participants and a separate session will be held during the camp for parents/guardians who are also dealing with grief. Snacks and lunch are included.

Check out photos from our previous session on our Facebook page.
