Home Health Aides

HHA

Home Health Aides assist with the activities of daily living of both Home Health and Hospice patients. Aides are provided when necessary for homebound patients already receiving our skilled services.

Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Home Health Aides can assist with:

  • Bathing
  • Skin care
  • Oral hygiene
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Nail care
  • Home exercise program
  • Ambulation
  • Simple wound care
  • Bowel program

In-Home Health Services

  • HME Truck

    As of May 20, 2016, Home Health United – Home Medical Equipment will be permanently closing retail stores located in Johnson Creek, Platteville, Portage, and St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. Only the Home Medical Equipment retail stores will be closing. We will continue to provide these communities with home medical equipment, as well as home health, hospice, and palliative care.
